    Northeastern University offers over 125 master's, doctoral, and professional degree programs. For information on these programs and the admissions process, please visit the Graduate Admissions page.

  Financial Aid Process  
    Application
Graduate students must complete and file the FAFSA.
Deadline
The priority filing deadline is March 1st.
Awarding Timeline
•New Students are awarded on an on-going basis throughout the spring after we have been notified that they have been accepted into their program.
•Returning Students that have met the March 1st priority filing deadline are awarded throughout the summer.
Award Letter
Graduate students should pay particular attention to the number of credits listed on their financial aid award letter. If you have been awarded financial aid based on an enrollment status that is different from your actual enrollment, it is your responsibility to contact the Office of Student Financial Services to update the discrepancy. Faliure to do so may result in a decrease or complete refund of your financial aid during an academic term.

    These positions and awards are offered directly by the individual graduate schools or academic departments. Students seeking such assistance should contact their graduate school for an application and eligibility criteria. Review a description of available Graduate Assistantships and Scholarships.
